Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into Mercantale™.
All applications are reviewed individually as part of our curation process. We evaluate applications based on factors including product quality, business presentation, fit within marketplace categories, authenticity, and overall alignment with the Mercantale™ mission.
Mercantale™ reserves the right to accept, decline, remove, or suspend applications and listings at its sole discretion.
Application fees, membership fees, marketplace features, and program details may change prior to launch. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before participation is finalized.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted during the application process.
Mercantale™ serves as a discovery and marketplace directory platform. Businesses remain responsible for their own products, services, customer interactions, fulfillment, websites, payment processing, taxes, licenses, and legal compliance.
